The condemned properties at 405, 405½, and 407 S. 10th are now under new ownership. The owners attended the Tuesday evening Clinton City Council meeting to request an extension, allowing them to rehabilitate and repair the properties by the end of the year.

Last week after a tense standoff with law enforcement, one suspect has been charged in the armed robbery of two juveniles, while his alleged accomplice remains at large as new details emerge about the incident.
