State agency overhauling retail space

As part of the recent rebranding initiative, the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS) has transformed into the Oklahoma Human Services (OHS). Amidst these changes, Custer County is set to benefit from the addition of a second OHS office in Clinton. This expansion aims to enhance accessibility and streamline services for the local community, ensuring residents have convenient access to the support and resources they need.

An Air Evac flight transported two Elk City teens to the hospital Friday evening as a result of injuries suffered from an isolated accident near the intersection of E. 1100 Rd. and N. 1930 Rd., one mile west and one mile north of Elk City.
