Chief Brett Russell and the Clinton Fire Department were announced 2019 Clinton Citizens of the Year Friday during the annual Clinton Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet. Also recognized were Mark and Debbie Nicholson, Volunteers of the Year; Debbie Carlisle, AMBUCS Woman of the Year; Mohad Jubara, Rotary Businessman of the Year; and Valerie Miller, Clinton Public School Foundation Award.
