Graveside Services for Camille Stewart, 67, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, April 21, 2023, in the Chapel Hill Cemetery east of Clinton, officiated by Pastors Bowman Vowell and Dale Nease. The burial is under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

Camille Yvonne (Dewees) Stewart was born May 26, 1955, to Bill Arandal Dewees and Marie Elizabeth (Horst) Dewees in Clinton, OK and passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023, in the Mercy Hospital Emergency Room in Oklahoma City, OK.

Camille was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1973. She started working at Daniels Drive during her junior high school and high school years. After she completed her schooling, she worked for Norbest Turkey Plant and the Candy Kitchens. She later worked for Dr. Gary Hays, Sr., as his receptionist and the Dewees Sales and Service doing bookkeeping.

She married Mark Stewart March 7, 1975, in Clinton, OK and made Clinton their home. They attended Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She loved nature and animals of any kind, she enjoyed cooking, making handmade rugs, swimming, going with drive abouts with her mother and sister, doing photography and was very artistic and liked to draw and write poetry.

Camille was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Randall Dewees, father-in-law, Dale Stewart, brother-inlaw, Myron Hines, sister-in-law, Jeanette Stewart and brother-in-law, Duncan Summerford.

She is survived by her husband, Mark, of the home, son, Corey Stewart and wife, Janelle, Pinehurst, TX, sister, Beverly Summerford, Clinton, brother, Kent Dewees and wife, Beth, Clinton, Sisters-in-law, Linda Dewees, Arapaho, and Ramona Stewart, Clinton and her mother-in-law, Eva Lee Stewart, Clinton, and brother-inlaw Lloyd Stewart of Clinton, OK.

She is also survived by two grandchildren, (twins) Caitlyn and Jiselle Stewart.
