Graveside services for Ruth Mary Delozier, 73 year old Custer City resident, will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. in the Custer Masonic Cemetery with Jim French officiating. Service is under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home of Thomas.

Ruth was born on September 6, 1949, to Garland Stalnaker James and Thelma Jo (Derr) James in Clinton and passed away at Homestead of Clinton on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. Ruth was raised and attended school in Custer City. She married Russell Dean Delozier in Wheeler, TX on November 13, 1972. Ruth enjoyed playing cards, dominoes and loved animals. She volunteered at pet adoption events. Ruth is survived by one son, Joe Dean Delozier of Lawton and her dog, Starlight. Preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a sister, Martha Ann James.
