Nellie Ann Cotter, 84, Clinton resident passed away Saturday, September 2, 2022, in the River Valley Nursing Center in Clinton, OK.

Nellie Ann (Warren) Cotter was born March 3, 1938, to Ben Warren and Callie (Ellis) Warren in Dodson, TX. She attended school in Dodson. She married John Cotter on June 14, 2003. They made Clinton and Weatherford their home.

She was a member of the Southeast Church of Christ, and her favorite Bible Scripture was the 23rd Psalm and her favorite hymns were “Amazing Grace” and “What A Friend We Have In Jesus.” She loved to go on walks, work jig saw puzzles, Crossword puzzles, knitting and she loved to dance. She loved her little four-legged friends, Tiny and Chi Chi.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Cotter, sister, Opal Warren, five brothers, Elbert Warren, Albert Warren, Frankie Warren, Elroy Warren, and Denver Warren.

She is survived by two brothers, Freddie Warren, of AR and Gerald Warren and wife, Kathy, of MO.
