Graveside Services for Ramona Franklin, 53, Clinton resident will be held 1:00 P.M., Monday, October 5, 2020 in the Clinton Indian Cemetery, officiated by Gerald Panana and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

A visitation service will be held 6:00 till 8:00 P.M., Sunday, October 4, 2020.

Ramona Dawn Franklin was born September 8, 1967 to Jerry Gordon Franklin, Sr. and Inez Ann Roman in Clinton, OK and passed away, Wednesday, September 30, 2020 in her Clinton home.

Ramona was raised in Grinchville, Utah and graduated from Grinchville High School in 1985. She later attended Pharmacy School at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK. She had made her home in Weatherford until marrying Emerson Ellis in 2019 and they made Clinton their home. She has most recently worked for the Lucky Star Casino in the maintenance department.

She is a member of the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church; she enjoyed beading, bowling and hanging with friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Jerry Gordon Franklin, Jr., and grandparents, Fred and Hulda (Nibbs) Farley.

She is survived by her husband, of the home, three sons, Thomas Lunsford, Matthew Franklin, and Clifton Lunsford, all of Calumet, OK ; two sisters, Ruth Bearshield, Elk City, and Sarah Toledo, OKC and a brother, Robert Dean Franklin Clinton.

She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
