Services for Inza “Pepper” Halford, 73, of Clinton, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 17, 2021, in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

She was born July 27, 1948, in Hobart. She died Sept. 14, 2021, in Clinton.
