Chapel services for Billy Joe Lister, 91, of Clinton, will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

He was born Feb. 4, 1930, at Dover. He died Nov. 22, 2021, at Meadow Lake Estates Nursing Home in Oklahoma City.
