Debra Lynn Clark, 65, of Mountain View, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on February 11, 2022 with her children by her side.
She was born on August 3, 1956 to Harry Kern Jr. and Winifred (McCarson) Kern in San Antonio, Texas. She was a happy spirit and never met a stranger. Debra graduated from Mountain View High School in 1974 and went on to attend college at Redlands Community College. She spent many years working as an RN at Carnegie and Cordell hospitals.
She loved cooking for others, her grand dogs, and especially loved her grandchildren. Debra was a wonderful mother and friend and spent her life helping others. She was known for always being just a phone call away ready to offer a listening ear. She was patient and had a gift of accepting people as they were without any expectations. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her: Children: Donnie Clark and wife April, Mountain View, OK, Byron Clark and wife Leah, Carnegie, OK, Desirae Stewart and husband David, Clinton, OK; Grandchildren: Destiny Lindsey, Clinton, OK, Dylan Stewart and wife Jeanie, Clinton, OK, Dallon Lindsey, Clinton, OK, Dylan Clark, Carnegie, OK, Emory Clark, Carnegie, OK, Chloe Clark, Carnegie, OK, Ryder Clark, Carnegie, OK, Jaxson Clark, Carnegie, OK; 1 Great-Grandchild: Decon Stewart; Siblings: Bill Kern and wife Debbie, Cordell OK, Joann Sapaugh, San Antonio, TX, Pat Parchman and husband James, Conroe, TX, DeeDee Kern, New Braunfels, TX; Numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
She is preceded in death by her: Parents, 2 brothers, Jimmy Kern and Max Kern, and a brother-in-law Jim Sapaugh.
