Ronald Dwayne McCathern, 72, of Gracemont, Oklahoma, passed away unexpectedly on May 3, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

He was born on December 28, 1951, to Frank and Paula (Garrett) McCathern in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Ronald grew up and attended school in Gracemont, graduating from Gracemont High School in 1970. After high school Ronald attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma.

He worked for Charles Allen Ford as a Salesman. Ronald was an avid OU fan. He loved playing music and enjoyed playing with his brother and his close friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include: Daughter: Kelly McCathern, Clinton, OK Brothers: Brent McCathern, Gracemont, OK, John McCathern, Gracemont, OK Numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
