A memorial service to honor the life of Shelia Diane Keeton, 64, of Clinton will be announced in the coming days. Cremation services will be handled with care by Lee Hometown Funeral Home.
Shelia was born on July 16, 1960, in Clinton, to Richard Clayton Sr. and Virginia Faye (Golden) Keeton. She peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family at her home on Saturday, July 20, 2024.
Shelia was a lifelong resident of Clinton, graduating from Clinton High School in 1979. She dedicated much of her life to volunteering throughout the Clinton community, always seeking ways to help others.
Her professional journey included roles at Methodist Nursing Home, Highland Park Nursing Home, Great Plains Hospital—all as a CNA—and most recently at CTC as a presser.
In her leisure time, Shelia found joy in gardening, tending to her yard, and listening to music. Above all, she cherished moments spent with her grandchildren and her beloved dog.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Clayton Sr. and Virginia Faye Keeton, her brother Ricky Keeton, and her grandparents Dave and Julie Keeton, and Joseph and Rilla Faye Golden.
Shelia is survived by her sons, Harley Davidson Keeton and his wife Sarah of Stillwater, OK, and Charlie Keeton and his wife Mandy of Carter, OK, and her daughter Angela Keeton and her husband Harvey Harris of Stillwater, OK.
She is also survived by her sisters Deana Campbell of Clinton and Coleen Pinion of Gunnison, Colorado, and her brothers Kenneth Keeton and his wife Cheri of Cordell, OK, Timothy Keeton and Jeff Keeton both of Clinton, and her two grandchildren, Zachary Keeton and Harley Davidson Keeton II of Stillwater.
