Indians open season Tuesday

Arapaho-Butler basketball commences its 2019-2020 season for both teams, starting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at home versus Granite.

Every year since Rob Pitman took over the Clinton cross country program, he’s managed to send at least one runner to the state meet and that happened again in 2019 with senior runner Sebastian Diosdado.

Almost every time Clinton’s defense makes a tackle after a short gain or for a loss, the first person out of the pile to celebrate the play, is senior linebacker Hector Espinoza.

CMS ends season with sweep of El Reno

Clinton Middle School football brought its season to a close with two final dominant performances, as the seventh grade Whirlwinds blasted El Reno, 46-20, and the eighth grade steamrolled El Reno, 38-8 Tuesday at the Tornado Bowl.
