Heavy rains, wind and hail pounded Clinton Wednesday morning. Some areas experienced flooding with many cars stalled out and limbs littering the roadways. Heavy flooding was witnessed on Gholston Avenue, as evidenced in this photo of this submerged vehicle. Some parts of town also experienced power outages.
