With all of the precincts reporting, David Berrong has been re-elected mayor by a vote total of 1,645-777 over challenger Chris Roland. Clinton City Council Ward 4’s seat will be retained by Art Lloyd, as he narrowly defeated challenger Bobby Stewart by nine votes, 182-173.
