CFD hasn’t needed PPE grant money

The Oklahoma State Fire Marshal’s Office has awarded grants for personal protective equipment based on applications, but the Clinton Fire Department hasn’t had any need to apply for any such grants.

According to the Oklahoma Probable Cause Affidavit, Clinton resident Stephen Frack, 50, was arrested for seconddegree burglary along with Eric Johnston, 38, of Missouri who was arrested for second-degree burglary and falsely impersonating another to create liability.
