During the regular Clinton City Council meeting, council members decided whether or not to accept the Community Development Block Grant the city had been awarded for a powdered activated carbon filter system for the Clinton Water Treatment Plant and whether or not to accept additional funding fro
Two vehicles were engaged early Thursday morning in what Clinton Police Chief Paul Rinkle described as a “driving gun battle.”
Before noon Rinkle said he and his officers were investigating the situation.
