At the last meeting of the Custer County Free Fair board, members decided to go ahead with the fair this year. It’s going to look a lot different, though. The livestock and horse shows will be held on Friday, Sept. 11 and Saturday, Sept. 12, but there will be no still exhibits because of the COVID-19 virus transmission risk.
