DAY SHIFT
On Monday the state entered Phase 3 of Gov. Kevin Stitt’s plan to reopen the economy, and in it he ordered long-term care facilities to remain closed to visitors for now. But even if he’d given them the go-ahead to open up, nursing home directors in Clinton say they would still remain closed to visitors — for now.
