The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a tremendous toll on the blood supply in Oklahoma, and Oklahoma Blood Institute officials are saying it’s the biggest challenge they’ve ever seen. Here in Clinton, AllianceHealth Clinton will sponsor another OBI community blood drive from noon until 6 p.m. Tuesday at the First Christian Church Family Life Center.

On Monday, May 4, 2020, John Randall Johnston, loving father of four children, passed away at the age of 57. John was born on July 3, 1962 in Gainesville, Texas to Bo and Janice Johnston. He later moved with his family to Clinton, Oklahoma. He loved the red dirt, sunsets and getting to play on a state champion football team.
