A Memorial Service for Drake Espinoza, 17, Clinton High School Senior, will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 28, 2021 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, Officiated by Gerald Panana and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

Drake Adam Espinoza the son of Joe H. Espinoza, Chrystal Starr and Oleta Espinoza was born July 12 ^th , 2004 in Clinton, OK.

Drake departed us and took his heavenly place with God on July 22, 2021 in Clinton, OK.

Drake was proud of his Indian heritage and his Indian name was Avoonenahkohe (meaning Starving Bear).

Drake attended School in Clinton from kindergarten thru high school and would have been a Clinton High School Senior 2021-2022. Drake had his first real employment this summer working with his father at the Farmers Co-op. He had a love for soccer, fishing and his play station IV. He had a great fondness for his black truck and a keen eye when it came to Nike Shoes.

He loved spending time with his brothers, sister, cousins and friends.

Drake was extremely shy but his smile and laughter were magical and will be with us for eternity.

He is preceded in death by his granddad, John Espinoza, grandmother, Mary Espinoza, Aunt Estella Harper and a cousin, German Espinoza, Jr.

He is survived by his dad, Jose Espinoza, mother, Chrystal Starr and step mother, Oleta Adams-Espinoza, all of Clinton; sister, Dayla Leonard, three brothers, Davin McGrath, Diggin McGrath and Derrick Starr, maternal grandmother Corina Doman and grandmother, Norine Starr.

He is also survived by his paternal aunts Maria Perez, Alamar Smiley, Jamie Lopez and Irene Espinoza and uncles Petro Ramos, German Espinoza and Adolpho Espinoza and numerous other cousins and family.
