Jeffrey Foster Brown

Jeffrey Foster Brown, age 66, of Dill City, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. He was born June 4, 1958, in Clinton to J.W. and Margie Foster (Pierce) Brown.

Jeffery was raised in Clinton, where he graduated from Clinton High School in 1976. He continued his education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, earning a degree in Business Administration. On June 28, 1985, he married the love of his life, Twilla Gregg. Their union was a testament to enduring love and companionship. Professionally, Jeffery had a diverse and successful career. He was employed with Case and Collins and Aikman before being transferred to Ohio in 1995, where he worked for Jamesville Products as a plant manager. In 2005, he returned to western Oklahoma and worked for Western Equipment, retiring in 2023 to pursue his passion for farming and cattle ranching.

Jeffery found joy in feeding cattle with his wife Twilla and his beloved dog Scout, who he affectionately called “the boss.” He loved playing golf and shared his love of the game with his nephews, Cooper and Justin Barrick being the first to introduce them, driving his big green tractor, watching FOX News, and riding 4-wheelers, ATVs, and his Gator. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.W. and Margie Brown, and his niece, Lori Parr.

He is survived by his wife Twilla Brown of the homestead; his daughter, Kaci Klein of Clinton; his sisters, Linda Parr of Clinton and Jamie Brown of Cave Junction, Oregon; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the First United Methodist Church in Clinton, with Rev.

Temple Diehl officiating, under the direction of the Lee Hometown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.

Jeffery’s legacy of love, hard work, and dedication will live on through the many lives he touched.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
