Graveside Services for Joyce Ridley, 71, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, April 17, 2021 in the Greenwood Cemetery in Weatherford, OK, officiated by family and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

Joyce Marie (Maynard) Ridley was born June 14, 1948 to Ward Jay “W.J.” Maynard and Lillie Mae (Harris) Maynard in Clinton, OK and passed away December 12, 2020 in the Angelwood Living Center in Clinton, OK.

She had made her homes in Texas, Arkansas and moved to Elk City, OK in 1963. She graduated from Merit High School in 1968. She soon married James “Jim” H. Ridley on October 23, 1969 in Beckham County, OK. Her husband began a career with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and they moved to Clinton in 1972.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.

She is survived by three daughters, Deena Brown, Ft. Wayne, IN, Lisa Schneidereit, Booker, TX, Janna Vela and husband, John, Clinton, OK; three brothers, Vernon Maynard, Weatherford, OK; Roy Maynard, Concho, OK and John Maynard and wife, Georgia, El Reno, OK.

She is also survived by two grandchildren, John and Garrett and a host of other family and friends.
