Funeral services for Otis DeWayne Armstrong, 70, will be held at noon Feb. 25 at Schaudt’s Glenpool-Bixby Funeral Service Center in Glenpool.

He was born May 24, 1945, in Oklahoma City. He died Feb. 14, 2025, in Clinton.
