Pam Lafleur, 73 year old Clinton resident, passed away Friday, July 19, 2024 in Oklahoma City. Graveside funeral services were held. Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at the Elmwood Cemetery. Burial followed with the Billings Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pamela Esther (Kamolz) Lafleur was born on July 14, 1951 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Walter William and Louise Eleanor (Erickson) Kamolz. She lived in Balaton, Minnesota from the 1st through 6th grade before moving to Woodward in 1963. Pam attended Woodward schools and graduated from Woodward High School in 1969. She attended business college in Oklahoma City. While working at the Woodward Savings and Loan she met John Dillard “J.D.” Lafleur. They were united in marriage on March 24, 1972 at her parents home in Woodward, Oklahoma. Pam and J.D. moved to Clinton in February of 1973 and Pam went to work for the Oklahoma Bank and Trust in Clinton. She continued working there until her retirement.

She loved spending time with her family, especially her husband, her son, and she always enjoyed her naps with Molly her cat. Pam was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Weatherford.

She is survived by her son John Henry Lafleur of Clinton; brothers: Steve Kamolz and wife Sandy of Missouri, Gary Kamolz of Missouri; sister-in-law Judy Kamolz of Moore; J.D.’s sister Margie Smith and husband Mike of Woodward; nieces, nephews, other family members and her church family who she loved dearly.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, her younger brother Brad Kamolz, and her husband J.D. Lafleur.
