Funeral services for Randall Kent Jones, 62 year-old Weatherford resident, will be held on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church with Pastor Earl Stephenson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Randall Kent Jones was born on October 25, 1959 in Thomas, Oklahoma to Sonny and Eloise (Passmore) Jones and passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at McBride Hospital in Oklahoma City. Randy was raised in Weatherford and graduated from Weatherford High School with the Class of 1977. He was an Eagle Scout with Troop 355 and an avid FFA supporter. He attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University for two years after high school. On August 9, 1980 he married the love of his life Barbara Kitchens in Weatherford where they made their home. Together they had two children. Randy worked in the oil field for 10 years as a salesman, before joining Schwan’s where he worked for 28 years until retiring. Randy enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and attending their activities, being outdoors — hunting, fishing, and camping, OU Sports and traveling. Memorials may be made to the Weatherford Food for Kids program.

Randy is survived by his wife, Barbara Jones of the home in Weatherford; one daughter, Courtney Huff and her husband Robert and their children Brayden and Ella; one son, Kyle Jones and his wife Katy and their son, Barrett; his father, Sonny Jones; one brother, Curtis Jones and wife Sharon; three sisters, Beth Hollan and husband Marty, Lisa Martinez and husband Ismael, and Dawn Hollander; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eloise Jones; and one brother, Terry Jones.
