Shirley Beth (Simmons) Beecham was born July 19, 1956, in Anadarko, OK, to Buddy and Helen (Clark) Simmons and passed away Sunday December 17, 2023, in New Orleans, LA.

Shirley graduated from Canute High School in 1974. She later went to work for Wal Mart for 32 years before moving to Louisiana to be close to her children.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Buddy and Helen Simmons.

She is survived by her children, Calista and Gorden Clowers, Houma, LA, Jamie and Daryl Keen, Camphill, AL, Amy Beecham and Gabe Merrill, Albany, AL, Michael Beecham, Houma, LA, and CJ Beecham, Houma, LA; grandchildren, Zach and Triston Wood, Bethanie and Codie Dew, Rebecca Wood, Caden Clowers, Chloe Clowers, Austin Keen, Kimberly Keen, Felecia Keen, Lillian Keen, Nevaeh Merrill, and Lucy Merrill; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Ellen Morel, Cordell, OK, and Lou Ann and Gilbert Hutson, Burns Flat, OK; nieces and nephew, Cathy and JJ Gritts, The Village, OK, Carrie and Jake Shelton, Foss, OK, and Jimmy and Amanda Hutson, Oklahoma City; and six great nephews.
