A memorial service for William Henry Malone, 77, Clinton resident, will be at 1:00pm. Saturday 19th at the Custer Avenue Church of Christ, 2601 Custer Ave. A viewing will held Friday, from 1 to 6 pm. at the Southeast Church of Christ, 900 S Glenn Smith Rd.
William Henry Malone was born August 21, 1947, and passed away October 10, 2024 in Clinton, Oklahoma while a resident of the Homestead Assisted Living Facility.
William was known for his warm and friendly demeanor and willingness to lend a helping hand.
His dedication and hard work were evident throughout his life, particularly during his tenure as the head cook at the Branding Iron Restaurant.
William was deeply involved with the Church of Christ, contributing to His creative spirit shone brightly in his hobbies, which included writing, cooking, sewing, and crocheting.
He was particularly renowned for making amazing quilts, scarves, and blankets. Which was a testament to his skill and passion for design.
He leaves behind a sister; Evelyn Faye Abram and her husband, Escoe of Clinton, Oklahoma, brother; Robert Malone and his wife Ann Malone of Ardmore, Oklahoma and a host of nieces and nephews.
William was preceded in death by his parents Plez Malone Sr. and Dora Malone three sisters Mae Rogers, Betty Gosier and Doris Dancer, one brother Plez Malone Jr. and two half-brothers John and Morris Malone Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of The Funeral Home, Watonga, Oklahoma.
