Gonzales proves her skill at Rose amidst injury

A year after not getting her final Clinton High School soccer season, Rose State freshman midfielder Aubrey Gonzales teamed up with fellow CHS classmate Macey Fernandez, to help the Raiders to a great season in 2021, before another unfortunate injury ended her season.

Staggs earns back-to-back spots at state

This year’s lone Clinton tennis senior, Hunter Staggs, earned a spot in the starting lineup as a sophomore and managed to qualify for state in each of his final two seasons, excluding the 2020 season which was canceled due to COVID-19.

Clinton senior Zade Cisneros, pictured, was named to the 2021 Class 4A West All-Star roster. Cisneros also made the Western Oklahoma Baseball Coaches Association All-Star game along with teammates Grant Kauk and Trey Newcomb.
