CHS moves summer mark to 3-3

HOBART – The Clinton softball team (3-3 overall for summer) rebounded after dropping both its games Thursday, with an 8-7 win over 2019 Class A State Tournament team Canute, before falling 8-2 to Navajo in the second game of the doubleheader Monday afternoon.

WEATHERFORD – Entering day two of the regional tournament Friday, Clinton’s 12U, midget, kid-pitch team needed two more wins to secure a spot at next week’s state tournament in Sallisaw.
