The Oklahoma Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced recently that Phase 2 of Oklahoma Business Relief Program (OBRP) will begin at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14. With less than two weeks until the second round opens, many participating financial institutions are continuing to work with businesses interested in applying to gather the required information in advance.

East and westbound State Highway 73 will be closed over Little Panther Creek between State Highway 44 and State Highway 34 near Foss in Custer County, beginning at 8 a.m. July 13 through fall 2020 for a bridge rehabilitation project.

A Clinton woman was arrested Monday and charged with arson, in connection to a structure fire that occurred last month.

Nominations are currently being sought for Clinton Citizen of the Year, AMBUCS Woman of the Year and Clinton Volunteer of the Year. Winners will be announced at the Chamber of Commerce’s annual banquet to be held Friday, Aug. 14, at the Frisco Center.
