Golf course ideas floated for year 2020

With the temperature hovering near freezing and a strong wind blowing, Wednesday was not an appropriate day for a meeting of the Clinton Golf Course Advisory Board. But one was held nonetheless, and the weather did not dampen the enthusiasm of the few attendees.
