As the summer heat continues to roll on toward the fall, the Clinton Lady Reds softball team (3-15) fell to the Bethany Lady Bronchos Monday evening at home by the score of 26-1.

In the comfort of their home gym, the Clinton Lady Reds volleyball team (10-6) fought against the Altus Lady Bulldogs Tuesday night in the Tornado Dome, but fell 3-1 (19-25, 25-14, 21-25, 19-25) Coach Gabbie Parsons said she wants to get her team back in the gym to get back to how they were playing to start the season.
As the 2024 high school football season kicked off last week, the Clinton Daily News’ weekly Pigskin Football Contest did as well.
