Though no formal action was taken during Tuesday’s special meeting, the Clinton City Council voiced its opinions to leave the activities center at Acme Park closed.

The “Night of the Arts” usually held at Clinton High School in the spring is yet one more event that had to be cancelled this year, since a public, in-person art exhibit would break all the rules of social distancing. So art teacher Joy Badillo is organizing a “virtual” art show that she’s alsoopening up to CHS faculty as well as CHS students.

An unusual stolen car report and a couple of physical altercations kept Clinton Police officers busy with three separate arrests during Saturday’s morning and evening shifts.

“In Their Own Words”

I never thought I would have to do school at home for like half of my 4 grade year. Though I miss my friends, teachers, and shopping I’ve learned how to do some stuff and I’ve had fun with my loving and annoying family. I love my family more than you could ever think.
