Theresa S. Mayes, age 76, a longtime resident of Clinton, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at the River Valley Nursing Facility. She was born on September 15, 1948, in Tulare, California, to Cleo and Masaline (Martin) Sutton.

She passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at the Clarehouse in Tulsa, with her daughter Michele by her side.
Karen Sue McGurk, my mom, was born in Elk City, Oklahoma on November 14, 1949 to John and Lillian Reinschmiedt. She passed on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Karen’s childhood was one filled with love, hard work, and a strong sense of family.
